Welcome to Living Whole Therapy

At Living Whole Therapy, we help men—especially Black men of faith—heal from compulsive sexual behavior, shame, and isolation. I know this isn’t an easy topic to talk about, especially in church communities or cultural spaces where silence is the norm. That’s why this practice exists: to offer a real, safe, judgment-free place where you can tell the truth, be heard, and start living whole.

Living Whole Therapy exists to walk with men who are tired of hiding. I understands the weight of carrying a double life, the shame of compulsive behavior, and the deep disconnection that comes when faith and sexuality feel at odds. His mission is to break that cycle with honesty, compassion, and culturally aware, faith-informed care.

We offer individual and group therapy—both online and in person—using proven methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These tools help uncover root causes, process emotional pain, and build new patterns. Whether you’re dealing with compulsive sexual behavior, childhood trauma, or emotional avoidance, we’ll work together to move from shame to self-awareness, from secrecy to healing.

My Therapy Style

My therapy style is rooted in truth, compassion, and faith. I work with men—especially Black men—who are dealing with struggles they feel they can’t talk about in church, at home, or with friends. Whether it’s porn addiction, secret sexual behavior, or emotional numbness, my goal is to help you understand what’s underneath, break the silence, and walk toward freedom.

I use a mix of evidence-based methods and grounded, spiritual care—always with respect for your story. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about honesty, healing, and finally feeling whole.

John 10:10 says, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full"
